Shipping and insurance charges ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
Please remember: Returns are accepted for exchange of identical item only.( this means the
item you ordered is guaranteed to be in working order and the proper item when you receive it.)

We have a dedicated team of specialist to help you determine which product you need. So
there is not an excuse for ordering the wrong item.

Please make sure you are ordering the proper Item. Exchanges are giving for identical item only!
All items, to be eligible for a return for identical item, must be returned in original factory
packaging, including ALL packing materials.(including all installation booklets and warranty
cards.) All items submitted for an exchange must be insure by YOU when returned to us! We are
not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. When a item is received for exchange It will be
evaluated by our product supervising team. Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse,  the
item not being used in the matter it was designed, or if the item has been altered by you in any
way, will result in "NO EXCHANGE" and the original property will be returned back to the buyer as
"postage due".
Returns must be shipped to: the address below unless you are specifically asked to ship it to a
different address, such as the manufacturer.

All items are shipped as soon as possible AFTER full payment has been received and/or
processed. (usually within 1-15 business days) 15 days if paying by Money order, or checks or
as soon as the money order or check clears.


Over night and next day shipping is available on most items. Extra shipping charges do apply.
Items will be shipped with insurance. If you have any questions please call customer support at

Refunds:
Damaged returns:
If you request a refund for a damaged item, please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing.
Refunds are issued back to the credit card that was originally charged. If you paid by check
or money order, we will issue the refund in the form of a check. Refunds are not granted
untill, the item is returned back to us and it is evaluated.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUNDS
"no questions asked returns" are granted if the refund is requested within 3 days of you  
receiving the item. The Item MUST be returned in LIKE NEW condition to qualify for a "no
questions asked return/ refund"

There is a 20% restocking fee for "no questions asked returns"

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable! Shipping, handling , and
insurance charges may be charged separately from the purchase of products. This means
you may see two charges on your credit card statement. IF for any reason the purchaser
refuses delivery of any product that was ordered, the purchaser agrees that Shipping,
handling, and insurance charges are not refundable!

By making a purchase from this website, via the websites "buy it now" buttons or via the
telephone, means that you, the purchaser, agree to the terms and policies on this page. We
reserve the right to revise the terms and policies at any time without notice.

Special Orders: There is no refund on any special order item, Sorry! Special order items can
take up to 14-26 weeks for delivery. Special orders are defined as any item we do not stock
or have to specially make or order by request.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Any item that is custom ordered or custom made by request by you can take up to 6 months to
get back to you.
Most custom orders are shipped in less than 60 days.


Terms and conditions
1. Any purchase from this website, in person, by phone, or by mail.  Constitutes a  agreement
between You the buyer, and us the seller.  We will ship the item your requested in the
condition stated within the time frame mentioned above.
2. You the buyer will agree to pay for the item in a timely matter and will allow proper time for
shipping.  
3. If there is an issue that arises from the purchase of this item You will contact us for any
help needed at 888-458-2628
4. All refund request must be made by the purchaser within 3 days of arrival date or no
refund will be granted.

Damage in shipping:  If the item is damaged when received, during shipping,  you must
refuse the package and/or call the shipping company and/or us, and schedule a pick up to
have the item returned to us. We have all packages insured when shipped to you and will be
replaced at no cost to you. You must call and notify us or the shipping company
IMMEDIATELY of shipping damage, or they will not pay, and you will be stuck with the
damaged item.
6. NOTICE WHEN PURCHASING FABRIC ONLY:
Please note: There are many manufactures of Bimini top fabrics and Bimini top frames.
Each respective company claims that only their fabric will fit their frame. If you purchase a
"replacement fabric only" you must tell us which manufactures frame the replacement
fabric is going to be used on so we can get you the replacement fabric for that frame for
best fit. If you fail to notify us of the name of the frame manufacture or the "brand" if your
frame, we will send the fabric made by boater sports, this is a brand that is universal and fits
most all frames.  Although it is  a universal fabric, there may be slight differences in the
curvature of the corners and there may be a slight difference in the length. Example: a fabric
that is advertised as a 8 ft long my only be 7.5  feet long from front bow to  rear bow. The tip
of the fabric will be 93 inches long from tip to tip. Refunds will not be given if you receive a
boater sports brand replacement  fabric and don't like the fit. We will exchange it for a
different one if you wish.
7.Credit Card authorization: When you call in a order and make payment via credit card, you
agree that you allow www.biminitops.biz to charge your credit card for the amount of the
products  plus any shipping, handling, and insurance charges. You also agree that if for any
reason you do not receive products ordered that you will notify us for a prompt refund or to
make arrangements for a replacement.
8. Additional Charges: you agree that  if any addition charges occur related to your purchase,
you agree that www.biminitops.biz has permission and is authorized to charge these
charges to the original credit card on file to cover the amount of these additional charges.
Any additional charges are not refundable. Additional charges can be, but are not limited to
the cost for overnight or express shipping, the cost for insurance on the products shipped,
extra shipping charges due the customer refusing the package at time of delivery, charges
related to any chargeback, or any charge that occurs as a direct result of any action made
by the purchaser.
